Steve Huber is a life-long resident of Lancaster County raised in the college town of Millersville. 

A graduate of Penn Manor High School and Penn State University, Steve has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks and Recreation. Prior to his real estate career, Steve worked for the Lancaster County Conservation District as an Assistant Administrator and Conservationist and later as a Land Planner of Subdivision and Land Development for the Lancaster County Planning Commission. This experience has provided Steve with an in-depth knowledge of Lancaster County and its neighborhoods that has proven to be a very valuable asset to homebuyers and homesellers.  

As a full time real estate salesperson for the past 28 years, with over 2,800 sales, Steve is among the top RE/MAX agents in the United States. He has achieved the highest award, the Chairman's Club, given by RE/MAX International and has attained status in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  

Steve created the Lancaster Relocation Center to best serve the needs of transferees moving to or from Lancaster County. Steve has received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and is one of few real estate agents to receive this designation. Steve's large real estate network with Relocation Companies, Corporations, and Businesses is beneficial to Buyers and Sellers.  

Steve's commitment to excellence and professionalism is measured by his earning the following designations: Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), "the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency services", Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES); as well as receiving the Gold Award as a lifetime member in the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) Excellence Club. Steve has obtained his Brokers License.  

Steve is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR).  

Steve is a member of the TOP AGENT GROUP (T.A.G.), in which one must be a top agent for buying and selling homes.  

Steve has been honored by the Lancaster County Conservation District, the Greater Millersville Jaycees, and the Borough of Millersville for his outstanding service.  

Steve is also a member of several local clubs including Bent Creek Country Club and the Hamilton Club. He is also actively involved at the Lancaster Country Day School and serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Conservancy.  

Steve resides in Manheim Township with his wife Karen and his teenage son Blake. In addition to his passion for helping people with their real estate needs, Steve enjoys golf, tennis and fitness. 

Gina Meier, Realtor, ABR 

Gina Meier, a Lancaster County Resident for over 15 years, specializes in residential sales including new home construction, first-time home buyers and relocation. Gina is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and is also a Member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute, and REBAC. 

Gina considers one of her greatest assets, her ability to listen, a plus in her real estate career. She feels that purchasing a home, or land for a home, is the most important decision most homebuyers make. 

She believes that selecting the right home is of major importance and having the transaction occur in a timely and businesslike manner is equally important. She is experienced and knowledgeable of the process and willing to listen to her client's needs and help them find the "perfect" home to fit their criteria. Her motto is, "I am only a phone call away." 

Gina is an active volunteer in the community through Community Fellowship Church Children's Ministry, Water Street Rescue Mission and Centerville Elementary School.
